What does my athlete need on Picture Day?

Your athlete needs to show up on time and photo ready (IN UNIFORM), with whatever gear is appropriate for their sport (tennis racket for a tennis player, pom poms for cheer, etc...). See above for the Picture Day Schedule by team!

Do I need a paper order form?

Instead of paper order forms, we us an all-online ordering system. Parents will receive a Gallery Code via email. Text that code to 90738 or go to galleries.photoday.io and enter your gallery code. I'll send an email once the galleries have posted and if you have texted the code then you’ll get a text reminder as well.     

How do I pay?

There are two choices:

1) Wait until you see your photos to pay.

2) You can also purchase an Advance Pay Credit before photos are published. It's like a $30 gift card you can use to buy whatever you want once you see the photos. Buying an AP Credit will also entitle you to Free Shipping! Go to galleries.photoday.io and enter your access code (from the email you got) to purchase an Advance Pay credit and get free shipping. 

If no paper order forms, then what is the next step?

Click the link in the email you'll get or text the access code to 90738 to be notified when your gallery is live.

Can I wait until I see the photos to order?

Definitely, you'll just pay for shipping.

How many photos will I have to choose from?

My goal is to have at least 2-4 individual photos per athlete plus the team photo.
