What does my athlete need on Picture Day?

Your athlete needs to show up on time and photo ready (IN UNIFORM) and on-time. See above for the Picture Day Schedule by team!

Do I need a paper order form?

Instead of paper order forms, we us an all-online ordering system. Text PCYFL23 to 90738 or go to galleries.photoday.io and enter PCYFL23 as your gallery code. I'll send an email once the galleries have posted and if you have texted the code to 90738, then you’ll get a text reminder as well.     

How do I pay?

There are two choices:

1) Wait until you see your photos to pay.

2) You can also purchase an Advance Pay Credit before photos are published. It's like a $30 gift card you can use to buy whatever you want once you see the photos. Buying an AP Credit will also entitle you to Free Shipping! Go to galleries.photoday.io and enter the code PCYFL23 to purchase an Advance Pay credit and get free shipping. 

If no paper order forms, then what is the next step?

Click the link in the email you'll get or text PCYFL23 to 90738 to be notified when your gallery is live.

HOW DO I FIND MY ATHLETE’S PHOTOS?

Once the photos are posted, use FaceFind to find your athlete’s photos. Simply click the link on your phone and then click the FaceFind button once you’re in the gallery (see image to the right).

Can I wait until I see the photos to order?

Definitely, you'll just pay for shipping.

How many photos will I have to choose from?

My goal is to have at least 2-4 individual photos per athlete plus the team photo.
